Cancel or Change Your Order

At Floriva Labs, we understand that things happen. If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible — once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Time Limits

- Order Changes:
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes (such as item edits or shipping address updates).

- Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- After Shipping:
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you may still return the item(s) in accordance with our Refund Policy.
